Sit and get fit! For those who prefer a more gentle form of exercise, but also want to feel that they have worked!
Including posture-based and Pilates moves, strengthening, stretching – and some gentle aerobics. It’s also lots of fun!
Great for those recovering from knee, hip or ankle injuries. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels including absolute beginners.
The suggested entry price for this class is £3 and is based on what you might pay for a similar class elsewhere. If you are able to pay this, it helps us keep these classes going and affordable for all.
Pay what you can
All our Wellbeing Tuesday classes and events are ‘pay what you can’ basis. This means that everyone regardless of finances, can access events and activities here at Stretford Public Hall and everyone will always get the same experience.
Each class will have a suggested entry price based on what similar classes in the area cost to attend. If you are able to pay this price, it will help us to keep this programme of events running for the future. However, there will never be an expectation for someone to pay this.
Do I need to book?
No, all Wellbeing Tuesday classes and events are walk-up only.
