Helen’s Yoga for Pregnancy

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until September 30, 2021
This pregnancy yoga class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks. The class is a combination of yoga, breathing practice, relaxation and birth preparation. The aim of the class is to increase the likelihood of a positive birth experience.
