Helen’s Yoga for Pregnancy

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
The class is designed for pregnant women from 12 weeks till birth and is a mix of gentle stretches, breathing and relaxation. The aim of the class is to increase wellbeing in pregnancy and the chances of a positive birth experience.
The class is run by Helen, an experienced pregnancy yoga and antenatal teacher.
The class is 10 – 11.30am most Saturday mornings and is £8 per class (PAY online). Discounts are available for students and those on low incomes.
