Meditatiation can help relieve aches\, pains and anxiety. \nThe suggested entry price for this class is £3 and is based on what you might pay for a similar class elsewhere. If you are able to pay this\, it helps us to keep these classes going and affordable for all. \nPay what you can\nAll our Wellbeing Tuesday classes and events are run on a ‘pay what you can’ basis. This means that everyone regardless of finances\, can access events and activities here at Stretford Public Hall and everyone will always get the same experience. \nEach class will have a suggested donation based on what similar classes in the area cost to attend. If you are able to donate this price\, it will help us to keep this programme of events running for the future. However\, there will never be an expectation for someone to pay this. \nDo I need to book?\nNo\, all Wellbeing Tuesday classes and events are walk-up only. \n
