Weekly Warmer

Friends of Stretford Public Hall & Friends of Victoria Park we are extending our ‘weekly warmer’!
Every Tuesday during April from 12 – 4pm. A warm space where you can come and sit out of the cold, and enjoy a free bowl of hot soup and a free brew.
You can sit quietly and read a book or the paper, use the free WiFi, or chat to others – whatever you fancy. There will also be information available about what you can do to keep warm at home, including tips on how to save energy.
There’s no need to book, just drop in on the day.
These sessions are funded by Trafford Council’s Winter Resilience Fund which means there is no cost – the soup and refreshments are free, and you can stay in the warm all afternoon if you like.
