An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
For those who prefer a more gentle form of exercise, but also want to feel that they have worked!
Including posture-based and Pilates moves, strengthening, stretching – and some gentle aerobics. It’s also lots of fun!
Great for those recovering from knee, hip or ankle injuries. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels including absolute beginners.
