We’re kicking off Stretford Pride with a powerful and uplifting film that celebrates the spirit of protest and solidarity. Pride (2014) tells the true story of LGBTQ+ activists who stood shoulder to shoulder with striking miners in 1980s Britain—a reminder that protest can bring people together in unexpected and beautiful ways.
