Men’s Sports Yoga/Functional Movement and Wellbeing with Emma

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
What is it?
Sessions involve a mixture of somatic stretching and release work, focused functional movement and yoga postures to enhance and develop flexibility and breath work necessary to counteract resistance, fight, flight, freeze conditioning and overall stiffness.
Physical and Mental :
Range Of Movement will improve while, building further strength and fluidity in your body.
Sessions are mobility target based – e.g groin, hips, hamstrings, shoulders etc; in consultation from physio, coaches and Strengh and Conditioning.
MSY is a space for down time, release of tension and to bring the body into its para – sympathetic state (relaxed!) through vagal nerve release, breath work, yoga nidras and non sleep deep relaxation – NSDR.
