Self Help Services

We are a self-help service that provides a multitude of free services to improve wellbeing, mental health and sleep problems using CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) interventions which are either in person or using our eTherapy programme online.

Our Self Help team in Trafford can help you take the first steps to discuss your mental health and any difficulties you might be experiencing.

A trained coordinator will have a chat with you about the different types of services that are available to you and what you hope to achieve from therapy.
