Stretford Public Hall 2023 AGM & Community Share Offer Launch

Join us on Sunday 12th November as we launch our new community share offer, with live music from Mr. Scruff!

It’s been another exciting year at the hall and we hope both members and non-members can join us at this year’s AGM to hear all about it, as well as our future plans for 2024 and beyond.

The AGM we will be followed by the launch of our new fundraising campaign to invite supporters to once again to invest and support our vision to secure the future of Stretford Public Hall.

2pm – 3pm: AGM

We are encouraging members to attend our AGM beforehand, which will take place at the hall from 2pm to 3pm, with doors opening from 1.30pm with refreshments available on arrival. The AGM is open to both members and non-members but members will have to register on arrival to ensure we have sufficient attendance for the AGM to take place. 3pm – 4.30pm: Community Share Offer Launch

Immediately after our AGM, we will be launching a new community share offer to carry out essential repairs and increase our energy efficiency. We have secured the majority of what we need through the Community Ownership Fund but we are now looking to raise the final £90,000 through inviting our community to invest in us.

The launch will feature a short presentation about our new community share offer, followed by a social with bar and live music from local DJ legend Mr. Scruff.
