Experience the power of music on screen with a series of of films spanning documentaries, biopics, and cult classics. Local partners will help bring the programme to life with complementary activities, from after-parties to panel discussions, making each night a full celebration of sound, screen, and culture.
Join us for a special screening of Free Party: A Folk History, They wanted the freedom to party, the state saw them as the enemy within. The untold story of the free party movement, Caslemorton and the Criminal Justice Act, and how its impact sparked a revolution around the world, from raves and festivals, to politics and protest. The screening will feature a recorded message from the director, giving insight into the film and its story.
After the film, Nite School take over with an afterparty, celebrating the sounds and energy of the scene. Expect an evening of film, music, and community — from screen to dancefloor.
