Women only KRAV MAGA self defence “STAY AWAY” workshop

Northern Krav Maga Manchester is bringing the IKMF ‘Stay Away’ programme to Stretford Public Hall.

The course is designed to cover both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence, looking in-depth at male and female interactions and covering some of the most common physical problems.

It is a heavily interactive session, including roleplay exercises and physical self-defence training.

We would encourage every woman to take part in this course once in their lifetime – it is eye-opening!
