Stretford Public Hall AGM

We are pleased to announce the date of this year’s Friends of Stretford Public Hall Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Sunday 28th November 2021.

For those attending in person, the AGM will be held at the hall from 1.30pm to 3.00pm. Doors will open from 1.00pm. Members can also attend online by Zoom through registering here

It’s been another exciting year at the hall and we hope you can join us to hear all about it, as well as our future plans for 2022 and beyond. The AGM is open to members and non-members. Papers for the meeting will be sent to those that RSVP and will be made available on our website in due course.

The AGM will be followed by a special afternoon of tea and scones, accompanied by live jazz from the Ben Playfold Trio from 3pm. The band are a vocal-led piano ensemble that specialises in playing well-known jazz and blues tunes. Entry to the jazz afternoon is free to members but please register for free tickets in advance here. (Members’ discount code can be found in your AGM notice email).
