Christmas Fair 2024 – apply for a stall now!
We are excited to announce that our annual Christmas Fair is back, and we’re inviting local small traders and craftspeople to apply for stalls! The fair will take place on Saturday, 7th December, with setup starting at 10am, and doors opening to the public at 12pm. The fair will wrap up by 4pm, and stalls must be cleared by 5.30pm.
Why apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your handmade, locally produced, or bespoke goods in front of a festive crowd eager to support local businesses. Whether you’re a seasoned market vendor or a passionate hobbyist, this fair is the perfect platform to share your creations.
Important information:
- No raffles: Please note that raffles will not be allowed at this year’s event.
- Insurance & risk assessment: To ensure a smooth and safe event, all stallholders are required to submit their Public Liability Insurance certificate and a Risk Assessment form. Your application will only be considered once these documents are received.
- Stall selection: While we aim to accommodate all applicants, we reserve the right to select stalls to ensure a varied and balanced range of vendors. Applying does not guarantee a stall.
How to apply:
- Submit your application.
- Send your Public Liability Insurance certificate and Risk Assessment to friends@stretfordpublichall.org.uk.
- Once all your documents are received, we will get in touch to confirm whether your application has been successful.
