Stretfest 2026

StretFest is a day when Stretford comes together to celebrate the town and the people who make it special.

In 2025, the first StretFest saw venues, community groups, artists and local businesses open their doors and fill the town centre with activity. Throughout the day, there was live music, creative workshops, performances, markets and family activities, all taking place in different spaces across Stretford. People spent the day wandering between venues, discovering something new, meeting neighbours and enjoying the lively, welcoming atmosphere.

In 2026, StretFest returns with the same spirit. Expect a full day of music, creativity and community as organisations and venues across Stretford host their own events and activities. It’s a chance to explore the town, support local groups and businesses, and spend the day enjoying everything Stretford has to offer.

However you choose to take part, StretFest is all about the town coming together and making a day of it.

Organised by the Stretford Town Centre Forum in collaboration with local partners and volunteers, StretFest aims to showcase local talent, support independent venues and bring the community together through a shared celebration of arts and culture.
