WorkWell Trafford is a new scheme set up by the NHS and DWP which provides light touch signposting support for people in work, but struggling due to ill health, or people, who because of ill health, are unemployed.
Our Work Well Key Workers provide encouragement and advice through action planning, that will enable individuals to reach their full potential in employment. We understand that everyone has different needs, skills and backgrounds and we do not pretend to have all the
answers, but we can help people make plans, so that when their time with Work Well comes to an end participants, can approach their situation with confidence.
