Watercolour Flowers with Cotton On MCR

Stretford Public Hall welcomes back Cotton On MCR with another series of interactive art events.  During this event you will be painting loose, lovely florals and foliage, learning different techniques, whilst finding joy and freedom in this expressive class. You#ll learn cascading wet washes to dry brush effects, to using masking fluid.
