Free Uniform 11th – 15th August at Stretford Public Hall

Schools nearly out which is fun for the kids but the impending worry about how to afford school uniform for September looms for the grown ups. We understand, let us help!

In conjunction with Bridging the Gap (South Manchester Foodbank) and Little Green Sock, Stretford Public Hall community support hub will be having a week long free uniform pop up exchange between 1-3pm Monday 11th and Friday 15th August. If you would like to donate clean, nearly new items, thank you… we can take a small amount in advance of the pop up shop so please bring it in – we’re open 9:30-4pm weekdays.

Little Green Sock will be doing their appointment only referral shoe service alongside primary and some secondary uniform from Bridging the Gap. We have colouring and activities for the children while you have a look. If you are struggling we are here to help please contact emma@stretfordpublichall.org.uk or drop in on any Tuesday.
