Wellbeing Tuesdays

Wellbeing Tuesdays are our weekly day of activities devoted to health and wellbeing. Whatever you’re looking for, there’s a class for you. Whether it’s a fast-paced class like Groove and Tone, or a gentler form of exercise like Chairobics.

In the foyer, we provide a coffee morning. Pop down between 10am and 12 noon for a brew. You’ll be able to find out what is going on at the hall and in Stretford; how you can get involved; meet people and (if you feel like it) sign up to be a volunteer.

The coffee mornings also provide an opportunity to get online, with computers and tablets available to use for free.  Advisors will be on hand to support anyone who needs help to get online safely. Other support services, such as Age UK, ESOL and Trafford Carers are also available during each month on rotation.

We also provide a Weekly Warmer session every Tuesday in the Old Library room from 12 noon to 3pm, which offers food and other support. Between 9:30am-12:30 and 1pm-3pm a community ambassador from Citizens Advice will be on hand to provide advice, whatever your problem you are welcome to drop in.
